John Lloyd Cruz was declared by Yes! Magazine as the "Most Beautiful Star for 2011" in the country. John Lloyd was very fluttered and shocked for the new achievement he received. In an interview, he said that until now, he is confused why he was the number 1 in the 100 most beautiful stars for this year.

John Lloyd was the first male star who was coined with this title since Yes! Magazine had this yearly citation. On 2007, it was Judy Ann Santos, on 2008 was KC Concepcion, Marian Rivera during 2009 and Kim Chiu was the most beautiful last year.
