Still running the world, before Bey's amazing performance on the 2011 Billboard Awards, Beyonce took a pit stop and performed for Lady O's farewell show in Chicago at the United Center. With about 200 dancers Beyonce still asking "Who Run The World (Girls)". Oprah stood in amazement while Actor Tom Cruise, was on its feet by the end of her empowering performance. Peep Video Below:
